About the role

We are seeking a Retreat OTA Specialist to join our talented team at THE HOOTON RETREAT SDN. BHD. in Klang District, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the online presence and bookings for our luxury retreat, ensuring we reach and engage with our target audience effectively. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of our hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

1. Online Listings Management

Manage engaging listings across various OTAs, including Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Trip.com, Traveloka, and Ticket.com, as well as META search engines like Trivago, Tripadvisor, and Google Hotel Ads. Ensure seamless integration and maintenance between multiple OTAs and our Property Management Software (Tokeet).
2. Guest Communication

Facilitate daily communication with guests, providing prompt and friendly responses to inquiries and reservations to ensure a delightful experience.
3. Sales and Marketing Development

Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies designed to enhance business growth for our hotel and Airbnb services. Create detailed sales plans and oversee their execution, ensuring we achieve and exceed our sales targets.
4. Performance Reporting

Prepare and present regular reports to management on sales and marketing performance, providing insightful recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Tourism, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. Previous experience with OTAs, e-commerce, or in the hospitality industry is highly advantageous. Has knowledge of OTA platforms, with an understanding of their algorithms and optimization techniques. Applicants are required to have completed their graduation before applying.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
