Resource Cost Analyst

Job Description

Accountabilities:

Management of the overall master resources schedule including the accurate recording of timesheet hours, employee cost recovery rates and updating employee forecasted duration based on data provided by the management team.

Support the delivery of resource computations in order to ensure accurate computation and reconciliations of actual resource costs in use and aligning the forecast resource costs against budget.

Management of the overall administrative service costs including human resource cost, IT system and software cost, centralized account cost, treasury cost and insurance cost.

Coordination with the external independent auditor engaged by the JV Co to audit resource cost schedule and administrative service cost schedule.

Support queries from employees in regards with timesheets and claims related matters.

Perform verification on intercompany invoices that are related to resource cost and administrative service cost.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to increase networks and allow for exchange of information.

Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Attributes:

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or Commerce with a major or sub major in Accounting and/or Finance.

May have experience and/or fundamental knowledge of general accounting and/or financial reporting and applicable legislations.

Problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work through issues with moderate complexity and guide others in the resolution of problems.

Good analytical and communication skills with the ability to interpret financial information.

Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules.

Work experience as a Project Cost Administrator, Resource Cost Administrator or similar role will be in advantage.
