Job Description

Coordinate and implement Carbon Emission Reduction/Net Zero strategy as aligned with company's short-, mid- and long-term carbon neutral initiative

Assisting in Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Reporting and mandatory sustainability reporting required by Bursa

Assisting in Greenhouse Gases (GHG) accounting for scope 1,2 and 3

Assisting preparation for Science Based Target Initiate (SBTi) and Task Force on Climate Related Financial Disclosure (TCFD)

Review and monitor implementation of carbon reduction strategy

Periodically communicate & present the finding from carbon reduction strategy implementation

Formulate carbon emission reduction proposal complied with "SMART" and "BLUR OCEAN STRATEGY" framework tag along with economical factor and ROI / simple payback for project basis or customer requirement

Documentation (ISO 14001, ISO 14064, GIRI, SBTi, TCFD requirement or equivalent)

Conduct internal audit for plant's Sustainable Energy Management and Greenhouse Gas emission within the group

Job Requirements

Possess at least bachelor's degree in science/environmental/engineering or equivalent

At least 1 years (s) of working experience in manufacturing plant/related field is required for this position

Well verse in basic of Science/Environmental/Engineering's principal is a must

Good understanding and strong interest on global and national's carbon emission policy, initiative and commitment

Experience in measurement and verification in all kinds of improvement for Engineering or Environmental project/task beforehand

Acquaintance in ISO 14064 will be and added advantage

Critical thinking, good problem-solving skill, can work both independently or teamwork

Adaptive to complexity of task and deliver on time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
