About the role?

Lead daily outlet operations with strong inventory control, customer service, and team support. If you're energetic, people-focused, and ready to grow, this role offers the chance to build sales skills, deliver outstanding service, and keep the outlet running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
------------------------
Working hour 11pm to 9am.
To ensure Resq follow sop and module when attending assign order.
Respond to contact centre request for battery and RSA assistance when necessary.
To ensure vehicle always in clean condition for better image of company.
To ensure vehicle in good working condition.
To ensure battery stock tally with system and all equipment in good condition.
Support HOD and teammates in clerical duties that involves assisting the Head of Department (HOD) and other team members with administrative tasks and paperwork.
To ensure follows the company requirement and SOP that has been state in guidelines and job scope.
