Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant and Bar Manager at Dopamine Bar & Kitchen located in Ipoh. The Restaurant and Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant and bar including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and developing marketing strategies. The Restaurant and Bar Manager will also be responsible for tracking financial records, ensuring liquor license compliance, and ensuring that all safety and sanitation policies are adhered to. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant and bar management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Excellent customer service skills and ability to create a welcoming environment for patrons Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis Strong leadership skills and ability to train and manage staff effectively Knowledge of local and state laws related to liquor licensing and food safety regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate with staff and customers Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
