- Collaborate with HQ and outlet staff to resolve any problems
- Conduct training sessions on SOP, cleanliness, service standards, and quality
- Supervise outlet staff to ensure compliance with SOP
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to outlet staff
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required by superiors
