This unique and luxurious restaurant provides the ultimate dining experience, perfect for any occasion, combining culinary excellence with an unforgettable atmosphere.Job Responsibilities:
- Negotiate contracts and deals with vendors and suppliers to secure services for events.
- Assign roles and duties to banquet staff, including the assistant banquet manager, and ensure smooth event execution.
- Oversee dxc3xa9cor, layout, and setup to maintain the venue's luxurious appearance and atmosphere.
- Address guest requests and inquiries to ensure a high-quality experience.
- Manage the food and beverage sections efficiently, ensuring quality service throughout the event.
- Proficient in Mandarin for effective communication with clients, staff, and vendors.
- 3-5 years of experience in banquet or event management within high-end restaurant or hotel settings.
- Strong leadership skills to assign roles, manage staff, and coordinate with vendors.
- Excellent attention to detail in dxc3xa9cor, layout, and quality to meet luxury standards.
- Working hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Work Location: Sungai Long, Kajang, Selangor
