Job Description



  • Assist the brand Executive Chef to manage the outlet ensuring high standards of food quality, maximizing profitability and annual outlet business plan.
  • Set high personal and professional standards for the outlet under your supervision by own performance.
  • Source, lead and coach the outlet kitchen staffs.
  • Recognize outstanding individual performance and deal with substandard performance constructively.
  • Ensure kitchen meets the health, safety and hygiene requirements.
  • Work closely with relevant departments to organize inventories in the outlet under your supervision.
  • To completely understand and comply to the recipe manual and kitchen operation policies and procedures.
Job Requirement:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Local Malaysia Cuisine.
  • Possess at least Primary/Secondary school/ Certificate/ Diploma in Food & Beverage/ Culinary.
  • Understanding of raw materials, quality control and other techniques for the effective creation and distribution of food products.
  • Knowledge of food preparation regulations and standards.
  • A desire to learn new flavors and techniques.
  • The capability to work safely, efficiently and neatly.
  • Willingness to work at night or weekends and comfortable to work long hours if needed.
  • Expected to travel to different branches when needed.
  • Positive attitude and confident team player.
  • Strong leadership skills.
