Assist the brand Executive Chef to manage the outlet ensuring high standards of food quality, maximizing profitability and annual outlet business plan.
Set high personal and professional standards for the outlet under your supervision by own performance.
Source, lead and coach the outlet kitchen staffs.
Recognize outstanding individual performance and deal with substandard performance constructively.
Ensure kitchen meets the health, safety and hygiene requirements.
Work closely with relevant departments to organize inventories in the outlet under your supervision.
To completely understand and comply to the recipe manual and kitchen operation policies and procedures.
Job Requirement:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Local Malaysia Cuisine.
Possess at least Primary/Secondary school/ Certificate/ Diploma in Food & Beverage/ Culinary.
Understanding of raw materials, quality control and other techniques for the effective creation and distribution of food products.
Knowledge of food preparation regulations and standards.
A desire to learn new flavors and techniques.
The capability to work safely, efficiently and neatly.
Willingness to work at night or weekends and comfortable to work long hours if needed.
Expected to travel to different branches when needed.
Positive attitude and confident team player.
Strong leadership skills.
