Service Department:

• Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner.
• Deliver top quality customer service and assistance.
• Input orders into the POS and process payments accordingly.
• Maintain clean and organised work and dining areas.
• Serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
• Handle customer\'s concerns and complaints professionally to resolve problems according to restaurant\'s policy.
• Prepare hot and cold beverages as per orders.
• Possess good knowledge and understanding of the menu and be able to make recommendations.
• Able to follow instructions given by Lead / Supervisor. Kitchen Department:

• Maintain clean and organised work areas.
• Prepare ingredients and food items as per company\'s SOP.
• Work efficiently to prepare customer\'s orders in a timely manner and to the quality standards set by company.
• Storing ingredients according to food safety regulations.
• Assist in monitoring of inventory.
• Cleaning kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, surfaces and other cooking equipment periodically.
• Able to follow instructions given by Lead / Supervisor.
