Your Role & Responsibilities

Customer Service & Experience

Welcome and serve guests with warmth and enthusiasm, delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service that makes every visit special. Engage with customers to take orders, learn their preferences, and offer great recommendations. Handle customer feedback or inquiries with positivity and professionalism. Keep the dining area inviting, clean, and comfortable for all guests.
Operations & Food Preparation

Learn and master all stations, from grilling and prepping to plating, ensuring every dish meets myBurgerLab's standards of quality, taste, and presentation. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to maintain consistency and excellence in every order. Use operational tools like checklists, timers, and thermometers to stay efficient and accurate. Keep the kitchen organized and spotless while adhering to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards. Promptly report any safety, equipment, or maintenance issues to your supervisor.

Who We're Looking For

Able to communicate in English and Malay (bonus if you can speak Mandarin or Tamil). Open to Malaysian citizens. Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply! No prior experience needed, just a great attitude and willingness to learn. Responsible, punctual, and quick on your feet. Positive, cheerful, and a strong team player. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
