Provide recommendations and answer questions regarding menu items, dietary restrictions, and special requests.
Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient and timely service.
Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware as per standard procedures.
Helping preparing drinks when needed and cleaning of ba area
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring tables are cleared and cleaned promptly.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments and providing accurate change.
Uphold hygiene and food safety standards, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
