• No prior experience required, but experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Good teamwork skills and willingness to learn.
• Basic communication skills (Malay and/or English; other languages are a plus).
• Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any customer inquiries about the dishes.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, neat, and well-organized.
• Assist in preparing and packing takeaway or delivery orders.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the supervisor if necessary.
• Operate the cash register and process payments when required.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up tables and cleaning the restaurant.
