Responsibilities: Preparing food and drinks to the customer. \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare cook, and serve foods efficiently and correctly according to Standard Operating Procedure. \xe2\x80\xa2 To do plating before delivering the item to the customer \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure the food arranging based on the ordering number \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen area and dishwashing area at all time while carrying out daily and weekly cleaning schedules. \xe2\x80\xa2 To keep all balance of stock in the fridge or freezer during the closing \xe2\x80\xa2 To keep all stock and labelling the date accordingly to maintaining the freshness \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure the product can produce as and when needed \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure the cleanliness of the item used for cooking \xe2\x80\xa2 Washing all cooking equipment and cutlery accordingly \xe2\x80\xa2 To refill all raw material or food product \xe2\x80\xa2 Any ad hoc tasks given by Restaurant Manager or Area Manager Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interest and passion in food preparation and serving \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to learn and adapt to changes \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia/English \xe2\x80\xa2 School leaver, home maker and retiree (age below 60) are encourage to apply Benefits: \xe2\x80\xa2 Incentive (Service + Sales) \xe2\x80\xa2 Free Staff meal \xe2\x80\xa2 EPF & SOCSO \xe2\x80\xa2 Free uniform

Black Canyon Restaurant originates from Thailand where they have over 200 outlets throughout Thailand and also outlets in other Southeast Asian countries. In the year 2001, our Managing Director bought over the master franchise from Thailand to introduce the business concept to Malaysia. At Black Canyon, the nature of the business is on authentic Thai food as well as a wide variety of coffee specialties of the highest quality from Thailand. As of today, we have a chain of 24 outlets of Black Canyon Restaurants throughout Malaysia, mostly in major cities or in their vicinity and located in well-known shopping malls. Our business is ever-expanding with a plan of around 3 to 4 new outlets to be opened yearly. Over the span of 18 years in the F&B industry, the brand \xe2\x80\x98Black Canyon\xe2\x80\x99 has since become a household name in many areas throughout Malaysia mainly for our offering of authentic Thai cuisines and also for our efficient and reliable service to the customers.
