Clean and sanitize service floors, table, chairs and fittings on a periodic basis
Wash dish ware, flatware and glasses and make sure is clean
Provide excellent customer services
Take order and eager to up sell the foods
Clean up and re set table after client has left
Kitchen Crew
Assist in cooking items from the menu by following standard recipes
Prepare ingredients such as meats and vegetables
Cut, slice and purify vegetables and fruits and store them properly
Rotate food items in cold storage and trash any expired item (FIFO)
Sort, chop and store food items with appropriate label
Assure the cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas at all time
Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, ovens and other cooking equipment on a periodic basis
