What You'll Be Doing

Prepare and serve high-quality burgers, carefully cooked, assembled, and presented in line with myBurgerLab standards. Create a warm, welcoming, and comfortable experience for every customer. Take customer orders confidently, engage in friendly conversations, and offer thoughtful menu recommendations. Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality, food safety, and hygiene. Maintain a clean, organized workstation using checklists, timers, and thermometers as part of daily operations. Remain calm, flexible, and focused during peak periods while working closely with the team to deliver great service.

What We're Looking For

Can communicate in English and Malay (Mandarin or Tamil is a plus!). SPM leavers and students are encouraged to apply! No experience needed, we'll train you! High sense of urgency, punctuality, and responsibility. Friendly, cheerful, and positive attitude. We love team players!

Able to work on weekdays, and also available on weekends or public holidays when needed.
