Job Description

  • Food handler certificate.

Responsibilities

You will :
  • Maintain cleanliness of the service area + lobby area, clean tables and chairs.
  • Ensure that utensils, napkins + beverage stations are restocked at specific levels.
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing menu to effectively communicate all ingredients to guests.
  • Operate POS register to complete customer transactions.
  • Ensure all food placed in the service area meets food safety and quality standards.
  • Greet guests, guide the customer journey, resolve guests issues and properly inform guests of cashless transactions + how our ordering process works.
  • Receive deliveries and verify that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
  • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
  • Manage communication between Customers and Kitchen Team Member to determine items for serving areas that need to be stocked and relay special requests by customers.
