Description:You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the restaurant operation, acting as both the business leader and marketing strategist, ensuring the outlet runs smoothly, adheres to hotel standards, and achieves financial success. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager assists with the preparation and regular update of the Food and Beverage Departmental Budget, working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage to ensure targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.Qualifications:
