Kelayakan

• Minimum Degree in Hospitality / Business Management / Food & Beverage / related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in F&B management or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing fast-paced QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) environment is an added advantage.

• Strong leadership and people management skills - able to motivate, guide, and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good financial understanding - able to monitor daily sales, control cost, and maximize profitability.
• Proficient in inventory management, staff scheduling, and operational SOP compliance.
• Customer-service oriented with ability to handle complaints professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP/MB SOP preferred).
• Computer literate (POS system, Excel, reporting tools).

Tanggungjawab
1. Operational Management

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including kitchen, counter, drive-in, and dining area.
• Ensure all Marrybrown SOPs are strictly followed - food quality, service speed, hygiene & safety.
• Conduct daily briefings with staff and assign duties based on shift plan.
• Manage opening & closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and sales reporting.

2. Sales & Profitability

• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Plan and execute sales strategies, upselling, and promotions to achieve outlet targets.
• Control food cost, wastage, and operational expenses to maintain profitability.
• Ensure accurate handling of cash, petty cash, and banking procedures.

3. Team Leadership & Training

• Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Handle staff recruitment, attendance, scheduling, and discipline.
• Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for crew and supervisors.
• Evaluate staff performance and recommend promotions or disciplinary actions.

4. Customer Experience

• Maintain top-notch customer satisfaction through fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring quick resolution.
• Always ensure restaurant cleanliness, ambience, and food presentation meet Marrybrown standards.

5. Compliance & Administration

• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (including MB HQ and local council requirements).
• Prepare and submit all required reports (sales, inventory, staff, maintenance) to HQ or franchise owner.
• Oversee stock ordering, receiving, and inventory control to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Coordinate with suppliers, area managers, and HQ departments for smooth operations.

6. Other Responsibilities

• Support marketing and community activities such as school visits, Burgerlogy, and festive events.
• Ensure all restaurant equipment and facilities are well-maintained.
• Uphold Marrybrown's image, values, and brand reputation at all times.
