Via Pre Italian Restaurant in Penang (George Town) is seeking for its energetic & positive Restaurant Manager.
Place is running well since 2012 in the Sunny Island.

Job requirements;

oCoordinate Daily Front of the House Restaurant operation.
oDeliver Best service and maximize customers satisfaction and return.
oTrain new and current employees, employment and dismissal of staff.
oImplement house policies and protocols
oResponsible for attracting and retaining top talent staff to build high performing team
oMonitor performance daily, weekly for improvement.
oCleary communicate weekly with directors about sales, improvement & any issue.
oFully communicate with Chef and Assistent Manager.

Qualifications & profile required;

oAdaptability & flexibility on solving task
oCollaborative individual, curious about his job
oCustomers service minded, passion for service.
oproper communication & selling skills
oTeam leader/motivator
oUnderstand key performance and reporting indicators
oPlanning, Organizing and scheduling.
ominimum 3 years in a relevant restaurant management position as supervisor/ARM
oMust be at least 25 years old.
oMust be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Packet offered;

From 5000.00 Myr Monthly depending on experiences and qualifications.
Proper Contract by Malaysian law
Bonus & incentive to be discussed
Monthly allowance for food & transportations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
