Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders and communicate them accurately to the kitchen staff
Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring tables are set and dining areas are well-presented
Assist with side duties such as restocking, cleaning, and light food preparation as needed
Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Work collaboratively with the broader hospitality team to ensure a seamless customer experience
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle the fast-paced nature of the role
A positive, friendly, and professional attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile for customers
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative work environmen

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
