• At least 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management or the food & beverage (F&B) industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick, informed decisions.
• Good understanding of cost management, sales strategies, and restaurant business operations.
• Proactive, responsible, and adaptable to the restaurant's operational needs.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and suppliers.
• Experience in Minang cuisine or traditional Malay food is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service and excellent customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service.
• Supervise, train, and manage staff, including chefs, servers, and kitchen crew, to improve efficiency and performance.
• Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate workforce availability at all times.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders as needed to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide solutions to enhance their dining experience.
• Control operational costs, including food and labor expenses, to ensure profitability and financial stability.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies, promotions, and menu improvements to attract more customers.
• Communicate with the restaurant owner regarding business performance, challenges, and improvement suggestions.
• Ensure the restaurant complies with all health, safety, and business regulations.
