Job Description
Job Responsibility Supervise, Monitor and Lead the Day-To-Day Recovery Collection activities of the Individual and Team. Develop and Implement Effective Debt Recovery Strategies to achieve the Individual, Team, and Clients KPI / Target. Collaborate with Compliance Department to ensure adherence to Regulations and Policies of the Client, BNM, Company and Other Regulatory Agencies. Monitor and track progress of Recovery Efforts, provide regular updates to Senior Management. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Debt Collection, either in a Financial Institution, Collection Agency, or related field. Min Diploma and Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Strong Negotiation and Communication Skills. Leadership Experience, with the ability to Motivate and Guide the Team & Individual. Willing to work extra hours and weekends (Month End). Job Benifits Annual Leave Half-Day Leave on Birthday
