Job Description


We are looking for a driven reliable and experienced Restaurant Manager/Supervisor to join our growing team.Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Maintain quality control for all food and beverage served
  • Oversee health and safety code compliance and sanitation standards
  • Monitoring inventory and ensuring all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
  • Managing restaurant\'s staff work schedule
  • Screening, interviewing, hiring and training restaurant staffs
  • Fulfil all reporting and meeting requirements
  • Respond to customers\' complaint tactfully and professionally
Job Requirements:
  • Degree, Diploma or graduate of F&B/Hospitality/Business discipline is advantageous
  • Proven working experience in management and hospitality industry
  • Prepare to work on weekends & public holidays
  • Ability to work and stand for long hours
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Strong leadership skill
  • Excellent organizational skill
  • Effective communication skill
  • Exceptional customer service skill
