Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Reports To: Operations Director / Restaurant Owner
Location: Kuchai Lama
Key Responsibilities
1. Restaurant Operations Management
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality, service quality, and hygiene.
Coordinate smooth operations between front-of-house and kitchen teams.
Handle daily issues, emergencies, and ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Staff Management
Manage staff scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and team motivation.
Conduct regular service and SOP training to maintain professionalism.
Monitor staff discipline, attendance, and overall team performance.
3. Customer Service
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Support loyalty programs and promotions to increase customer retention.
4. Cost & Inventory Control
Manage purchasing, inventory, and cost control to minimize waste.
Oversee daily sales, expenses, and profit performance; prepare operational reports.
5. Marketing & Sales Support
Assist in planning sales strategies, festive promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for operational improvement.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant management experience (Chinese cuisine preferred).
Proven experience in team leadership and restaurant operations.
Skills
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Familiar with restaurant SOPs, food safety standards, and hygiene regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Must be able to speak Mandarin to communicate with customers and kitchen staff.
Other Requirements
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
High sense of responsibility and strong customer service mindset.
