Requirements

Possess a Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, making this an ideal entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates. Demonstrate strong communication skills in both English to effectively interact with diverse customers and team members. Exhibit excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating a positive dining experience for all guests. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to a collaborative and supportive workplace. Proficiency in cash handling procedures and experience operating POS systems, ensuring accurate transactions and efficient service. Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and operational challenges effectively. Willingness to learn and assist in employee training and scheduling to support the smooth operation of the outlet. Basic understanding of sales management principles to contribute to achieving outlet sales targets.

Responsibility

Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery in alignment with company standards. Manage and train outlet staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and excellent customer service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Implement and maintain effective inventory control measures, minimizing waste and maximizing profitability. Monitor and manage cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and security in all transactions. Create employee schedules that optimize staffing levels based on anticipated customer traffic, while adhering to labor regulations. Utilize POS systems to accurately process transactions, generate reports, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
