Minimum possess at least a SPM/O Level or Diploma/Degree in Food & Service Management
Have 2-3 years of relevant working experience in food & beverage industry
Good leadership skill and interpersonal skills when interacting with all levels of crew
Positive working attitude, good in analytical, effective time management and problem-solving skills when making decisions
Willing and ready to listen and learn from others
Strong interest and passion in creating a great dining experience
Ability to interpret financial data (Profit & Loss) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Required to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
Preferably Assistant Managers with experience specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant service or equivalent

Responsibilities

Direct and motivate restaurant team to deliver the best experience to all our customers at all time
Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene are maintained
Continuously enhance restaurant performance through building sales evaluating expenditures and pursuing cost-saving measures
Manpower Planning for restaurant team and take charge of hiring, training, coaching and developing team members
Responsible to maintain stock level, placing orders with suppliers and schedule delivery of supplies
Complete and review daily/weekly/monthly reporting in a timely and accurate manner
Execute effective restaurant administration, security, safety and stock control
Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service
Strong management skills.
