Responsible for the practical supervision of all staff under her/his area of responsibility and all related administration duties.
Implementation of restaurant related standards, the planning, directing, coordinating and controlling of restaurant related activities, conducts trainings and supervises departmental restaurant trainings.
Supports the improvement of restaurant revenues while costs are held at a minimum.
Secures the high service standards at all times and works constantly on their betterment.
