Job Description

Job Purpose



To oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring profitability, smooth daily running, excellent customer service, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities



Lead, manage, and motivate the restaurant team to achieve sales and service goals. Oversee daily operations including staffing, customer service, inventory, and financial performance. Monitor and control costs, including food, beverage, and labor expenses. Ensure all staff comply with hygiene, safety, and company SOP standards. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare sales reports, budgets, and operational performance updates for management. Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a strong team. Work closely with HQ on promotions, marketing, and operational initiatives.

Requirements



Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in F&B industry. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and inventory management. Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced environment. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
