Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Able to work at non-halal restaurant Manage and oversee daily floor operations for cafe, dining room, and events. Lead, train, and motivate the service team to ensure excellent customer service. Coordinate with the kitchen and management team to deliver smooth operations. Monitor quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction. Handle scheduling, staff performance, and discipline when necessary. Support management in implementing new concepts and special events.

Requirements



Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar managerial role (restaurant, hotel, or F&B operations). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Passion for hospitality and customer service excellence. Well-organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Preference will be given to local candidates.
