Responsibilities
Manage daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
Develop and enforce policies and procedures for restaurant operations internally and externally.
Maintain and ensure high customer service level.
Solve operational problems i.e. staff issues, customer complaints.
Responsible to handle and manage employee issues by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by complying with legal regulations.
Uphold the image & identity of the outlet by selling the right products ad also maintaining high standard of staff grooming.
Meet restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
Perform other related duties as required or as assigned.
