Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Restaurant Manager at 18 Kopi located in Puchong. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for hiring and training new employees, and maintaining effective communication with both staff and customers. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills Experience in hiring and managing employees Knowledge of food and beverage industry Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
