Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Pleasant personality with excellent customer service mindset.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Zero wastage
• Dependability n reliability
• Making sure follow SOP of portions n timing of food delivery or served

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Work closely with the kitchen and catering teams to ensure smooth service.
• Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier coordination.
• Support event and catering setups when needed.
