Position:

Restaurant Manager

Salary:

RM2,800 - RM3,000

Working Hours:

Morning (10:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
Afternoon (12:30 PM - 9:00 PM)
Night 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Working Days:

6 Working Days, 1 Rest Day (to be selected and discussed with the Manager)

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, and manage both staff and business performance.

This role is suitable for someone with strong leadership qualities, good operational knowledge, and the ability to maintain high standards in customer service, food quality, and hygiene. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, effective staff management, and meeting business targets.

Key Responsibilities

1) Oversee smooth day-to-day restaurant operations
2) Ensure food and beverage preparation meets quality standards
3) Maintain cleanliness according to SOP and health regulations
4) Identify and resolve operational issues promptly
5) Prepare duty rosters for all staff (front & kitchen)
6) Train, guide, and evaluate new and existing employees
7) Handle staff discipline and promote teamwork
8) Manage attendance, leave, and manpower planning in coordination with HR
9) Ensure excellent and consistent customer experience
10) Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively
11) Implement initiatives to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
12) Manage ordering of food, beverages, and operating supplies
13) Maintain adequate stock levels and avoid over-ordering

Requirements

1) Previous experience in restaurant or F&B management
2) Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
3) Able to manage operations, staff, and customers effectively
