Requirements

• Basic computer skillset and able to use software such as, Excel, Power Point and etc.
• Possess own transportation.
• Willing to travel.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the daily operational management of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, customer service, and supervision of food quality, ensuring smooth operations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, analyze business data, and optimize adjustments.
• Manage the staff team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, to enhance team cohesion and service standards.
• Maintain the restaurant's hygiene, food safety, and ensure the proper operation of equipment in compliance with industry standards.
• Handle customer complaints and unexpected incidents to ensure customer experience and protect brand image.
