Manage the daily business operations of the outlet from outlet opening to closing of the outlet;
Manpower planning and scheduling of work for outlet workers;
Ensure that outlet SOP is in compliance including kitchen SOP;
Serve and resolve any customer's complaint(s) in the outlet;
Find ways to constantly motive outlet workers to achieve team work and sales target;
Counsel and resolve worker's issue(s) including disciplinary, that arise in the outlet;
Manage and monitor the inventory/product level in the outlet to ensure outlet is not out-of-stock;
Maintain cleanliness of the outlet at all times;
Prepare food and beverages with the team, especially if is peak period that requires extra helping hands;
Compile all required HR paperwork in the outlet for HQ month-end payroll processing;
Work closely and constantly communicate effectively with all relevant departments in HQ for any matters in relations to the smooth running of the outlet operations;
Ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or in any related field of studies that relates to F&B sector;
Minimum 2 years of working experience as Outlet Manager in retail F&B industry
Strong leadership;
Able to multi-tasks and willing to roll up sleeves to prepare, cook, dishwashing and clean the outlet (if required);
Good communication skills;
Able to independently manage outlet without much supervision;
Possess own transport and willing to travel;
Willing to work on shift including public holidays and overtime;

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
