Oversee overall store operations to ensure high-quality dining service and achieve monthly sales targets.
Ensure the achievement of company-set sales and profit goals; take full charge of the outlet's operations, leading the team to accomplish reception tasks and business objectives.
Manage personnel, finances, and assets of the outlet; strictly enforce company regulations and establish detailed work guidelines based on actual store conditions.
Implement financial policies, monitor and control operating costs and expenses, and ensure strict control over purchasing, product output, and inventory.
Supervise the daily work of the Front Hall Manager and Head Chef, promptly resolving operational issues to ensure food, soup base, and service quality.
Execute marketing plans issued by the company's marketing department and provide feedback to the operations team to ensure revenue targets are met.
Conduct public relations work by continuously developing new customers, retaining loyal clients, maintaining customer records, carrying out regular follow-ups, and building a positive corporate image. Provide special attention to VIP and banquet guests.
Establish and maintain equipment, utensil, and warehouse management systems; strictly supervise implementation to prevent asset loss.
Handle customer complaints appropriately, actively seek customer feedback, and implement improvements to maintain brand reputation.
Oversee staff training to ensure service staff have strong professional knowledge, skills, and a positive work attitude.
Build team cohesion, arrange staffing, conduct performance evaluations, and implement rewards and penalties; review employee attendance records.
Review daily sales reports, purchasing reimbursements, and other financial documents in accordance with financial policies.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Experience as a restaurant manager or in a related management role, familiar with Chinese-style hot pot operations.
Strong restaurant operations and management skills, capable of independently handling full store operations.
Knowledge of cost control, financial systems, and store operations data analysis.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve performance targets.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; able to handle unexpected issues promptly.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong service awareness and client relationship management skills.
Familiar with industry regulations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
High level of professionalism, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
Market awareness with the ability to support and execute marketing activities while providing feedback.
Proficient in office software and restaurant management systems.
