Oversee and support day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare staff work schedules, manage attendance and leave, and ensure adequate manpower for each shift.
Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and liaise with suppliers for timely replenishment of materials.
Ensure all operations comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including food safety and hygiene practices.
Record and manage daily sales, supplier invoices, and basic financial transactions; prepare operational and financial reports for management review.
Coordinate deliveries and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and basic training of new employees; maintain up-to-date employee records.
Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
Serve as a communication bridge between management and staff to ensure smooth workflow and goal alignment.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: SPM
At least 1-2 years of experience in restaurant administration or operations (preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges effectively.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
