Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification or equivalent.

Experience operating Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing and payment transactions.
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
Basic understanding of inventory management principles to assist with stock monitoring and replenishment.
Ability to accurately process various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.

Accurately process customer orders and payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
Handle cash and other payment methods (credit/debit cards, mobile payments) with precision, maintaining a balanced cash drawer and adhering to cash handling procedures.
Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station, ensuring a tidy and presentable workspace.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of items near the cashier station (e.g., condiments, napkins) and informing the relevant staff when replenishment is needed.
