1. Leads service crew during operations.
2.Ensures guests are greeted, seated & served efficiently.
3. Ensures staff knowledge of menu & daily specials.
4. Monitors cleanliness of dining area & washrooms.
5. Manages cashier & daily sales report submissions.
6. Assists with stock ordering for bar/packaging items.
7. Follows up on breakage records and service quality.
8. 5 day work week
