Position: Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service in our food and beverage restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B and leadership experience.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff performance

Ensure smooth service flow and high customer satisfaction

Train, motivate, and manage service crew

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards

Assist in staff scheduling and inventory control

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in F&B supervision

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Hands-on, responsible, and positive working attitude

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
