Job Description


  • Prefer candidates with at least 2 years experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in Japanese Restaurant
  • Possess minimum education level, Diploma in Hospitality Management or at least 5 years working experience in Japanese restaurant
  • Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Able to start working in short notice
  • Able to speak English
  • Need to have good attitude
Responsibilities
  • To coordinates overall front of house service activities.
  • To communicate effectively between floor staff, kitchen staff and customers.
  • To schedules and manages front of house employees, requisitions / purchases supplies and stock check.
  • To review financial information such as sales & costs, and monitors budget to ensure efficient operation.
  • To achieve monthly business revenue set by management.
  • To oversees cleaning & maintenance and ensures that all health & safety regulations are adhered to.
  • To create & ensure quality dining experiences for each guest / patron.
  • To performs other duties / task as assigned by Outlet Manager and the Board of Directors
