Key Responsibilities
1) Staff Management
Lead and supervise daily team operations, including scheduling and task delegation.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and coach team members to support their growth and success.
2) Customer Service Excellence
Engage warmly with guests to ensure a consistently positive dining experience.
Address customer feedback professionally, resolving any issues swiftly and effectively.
3) Food Safety & Hygiene
Ensure all operations meet food safety standards and health regulations.
Oversee proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness across all service areas.
4) Inventory & Operations
Monitor stock levels, manage ordering, and control inventory to minimize waste.
Coordinate daily operations, working closely with kitchen staff to maintain seamless service.
5) Marketing & Promotion
Plan and implement in-house promotions and marketing campaigns.
Leverage social media and other platforms to increase brand visibility and drive guest engagement.
6) Financial Awareness
Support budgeting processes and implement cost-control measures.
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
7) Additional Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned by the management team to support smooth operations.
Requirements
Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
Entry-level candidates with strong leadership potential are welcome to apply.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Individuals with backgrounds as cabin crew, flight attendants, or hotel staff are strongly encouraged to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
