You will be responsible for supervising the restaurant floor, supporting both kitchen and service teams, and ensuring that guests enjoy an excellent dining experience.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards
Supervise and motivate service staff to deliver excellent customer experiences
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
Assist in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and task assignments
Monitor cash handling, daily sales reports, and inventory usage
Support in training new staff and maintaining team morale
Report any maintenance or operational issues to management promptly
Requirements
Open to Malaysian Citizens only
(Local applicants preferred)
Minimum 1 year experience or fresh graduate in F&B or supervisory role (restaurant or cafe preferred)
Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Positive attitude, punctual, and hands-on approach
Knowledge of food service standards and hygiene practices
