Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Restaurant Supervisor to take full charge of our restaurant's daily operations. You will lead the team in delivering an exceptional dining experience and promoting a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee all aspects of daily operations, service standards, and food safety.

Lead, train, and motivate both front-of-house and back-of-house teams for seamless collaboration.

Manage food quality control, inventory, and cost management.

Handle customer feedback and build strong customer relationships.

Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and sales.

Ensure the restaurant complies with hygiene, safety, and brand image standards.

Posting job ads, interviewing candidates to training new hires and creating the weekly schedule.

We Are Looking For:



Minimum 2 years in F&B industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Experience in chain restaurant management is highly preferred.



Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of cost control and operational efficiency.
