Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets achieve.
Ensure daily opening & closing smoothly.
Ensure all the staffs are follow strictly the restaurant\'s service guidelines and standards in the performance and delivery of all services required.
Attend to customers\' requests and demands in a courteous, timely and accurate manner.
Giving training to staff for demonstrate clear communication skills during interactions with all customers and parties.
Tanggungjawab
Those who have 1 year experiences in Food and Beverage or Service Line at least.
Must be able to work 6 day shift work including weekends and public holidays
Able to converse in Mandarin is preferred (in order to interact with Mandarin speaking members, take orders and serve food and beverage.
Able to work in Non-Halal workplace.
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
