Job Description
- Strong follower attitude in terms of following and provide training to achieve tip top customer service.
- Knowledge and experience in preparing reporting is an advantage.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin (English will be advantage).
- F&B related academy qualification is an advantage.
- Must co-operate and agreed company\'s direction and instruction to achieved highest teamwork.
- Responsible to present friendly customer service and abilities in handling customer dissatisfactory related matters.
- Following company\'s training SOP and conduct training accordingly.
- Preparing job and sales report.
- Communicate with other outlets supervisor / manager in solving staffing related matters.
