Job Purpose

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food & beverage quality standards, and supervising staff. This role requires working in an environment that handles

non-halal products and alcoholic beverages

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow. Oversee food and beverage service Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management, ordering, and waste control.

Staff Supervision & Training

Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of performance. Organize work schedules and delegate tasks to team members. Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and service quality. Handle staff grievances and escalate issues to the Manager when necessary.

Customer Service

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly. Maintain service excellence and build positive relationships with customers. Monitor dining area to ensure efficient and professional service delivery.

Administrative Duties

Record and report any incidents, equipment damage, or operational issues. Support management in implementing promotions, new menus, and policies.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food & beverage industry. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Comfortable working in an environment handling

non-halal food and alcoholic beverages

. Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
