Job Description

To have complete knowledge on the food / beverage / service available in sections appointed. Monitors and ensure smooth operations of the sections appointed (restaurants / banquet / beverage - as applicable). Maintains consistency in quality of food and beverage / service / cleanliness of sections appointed. Checks set-up / mis-en-place prior to start of operations. Checks cleanliness of sections prior to and after service. Ensures co-operation and smooth communication between staff in section(s) appointed and other departments. Ensures that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
