Job Description

  • Min Qualification: Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality/ Business Studies/ Food & Beverage/Office Administration.
  • Min Experience: 3-5 years working experience in hotel/restaurant (fine dining).
  • Good working knowledge of Profit and Loss Analysis, Production and cost control and strong people management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Apply 5 perfect moments to customer satisfaction in food quality and service standards.
  • Strong supervision of junior staffs during peak hours to deliver quick service and order delivery to customer.
  • Able to work under pressure and supervise junior staff with respect during stress moments.
  • Co-ordinate with BOH staff on daily basic menu/new menu or special promotional menu for a fixed period.
  • Able to perform multi-tasks as guided by Manager-on-Duty in the absence of essential staff to serve and manage peak hours.
  • Assist F&B Assistant reset table to minimise waiting time in foodservice as well as producing sales order in the POS system.
  • Answer telephone calls politely using the SOP guidelines to set good example to other staff.
  • Computer literate in software applications (Word, Excel, POS).
  • Ensure food served according to description given in the menu and treat hot food safely on table before guest.
  • Effective oral and written communications in local languages.
