Job Description


  • Plan, organise and direct the operation of restaurant and related establishments to provide dining and take away service
  • Ensuring the hygiene of dining area which comply with health regulations
  • Conferring with customers to access their satisfaction with meals and service
  • Arrange floor staff working schedule, provide training and supervising the floor staff from time to time
  • Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
  • Maintain records of stock levels, financial transactions and sales report
